Shipping for ChristmasNow that Christmas chaos is upon us all, our customers may want to know the deadlines for their gifts to arrive in time for Christmas Day. Purchases are shipped from Los Angeles via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground Service to locations in the Eastern and Central Time Zones, including New England, generally takes nine calendar days, including the date of purchase. We cannot absolutely guarantee that it will take only nine days, but we have never seen a shipment take longer. As stated in our shipping policies, orders are shipped on the first business day following receipt of an order. So, orders to addresses in the Eastern and Central Time Zones as well as Alaska and Hawaii should be purchased by December 15th to ensure timely delivery. This gives you an extra day to get it wrapped. (Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent Priority Mail.) Orders to addresses in the Mountain Time Zone should be purchased no later than December 16th to ensure timely delivery. And orders to addresses in the Pacific Time Zone with the exception of California should be purchased no later than December 17th to ensure timely delivery. Orders to addresses in California other than those in or near Los Angeles should be purchased no later than December 20th. Southern California customers can complete their orders by December 21st. Purchases made later than these dates may not arrive in time, unless UPS 3 Day Select or some faster service is specified. Shipping and Delivery OptionsFree ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. This excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Your actual shipping charges for your shopping basket will be shown to you prior to completion of the checkout process.

Return PolicyPurchased items must be returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit, with the exception of items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, which must be returned within 40 days. Purchasers wishing to return items must notify us by e-mail at contact@selecteclectic.com within 21 days of completing their purchase to obtain return information prior to shipping. Please include the order number and the reason for the return. All items must be returned with the original packing materials. All return shipments must be insured. Original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping will be paid by the purchaser, except in cases of items damaged in transit or defective products. Damaged or defective products will, of course, be replaced at no charge. Any reimbursements will be made after receipt of the returned item. PricingPrices are in U.S. dollars. ImagesWe make an honest effort to display pictures that accurately depict the sizes and colors of our products within the limitations imposed by current technology. The images are, however, not optimized for all computer screens and some displays may not accurately display them. In addition, most of these products are made by hand, not by machines.
